1. Service Description

Attahir Labs provides a suite of software applications designed to enhance the functionality of Shopify stores. By installing any Attahir Labs application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include inventory and clearance workflows, tariff and margin analysis, and expiry, batch, and supplier tracking. Availability and features vary by app and plan; the public app pages describe those differences.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your store account. You agree not to use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the accuracy of the data provided to our applications.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

Our applications offer various pricing tiers, including free plans and paid subscriptions (monthly or annual). All payments are processed through Shopify Billing. The prices, billing cycle, trial eligibility, and trial end shown in Shopify’s subscription approval govern the plan you choose. Where offered, paid-plan trials lead into the approved paid subscription unless cancelled. Free plans and paid-plan trials are different offers. Fees are non-refundable except as required by Shopify's own policies or applicable law. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of access to the service.

Manage your app subscription in Shopify. Uninstalling stops future recurring app billing cycles, but charges already incurred may still appear on a later invoice. See Shopify’s uninstall guidance or contact us about a billing question.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attahir Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

5. No Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

6. Tariff Rate Disclaimer

TariffShield provides tariff rate estimates for informational purposes only. Rate and scenario results depend on the supported coverage, source information, and facts supplied. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or applicability to your specific products or import scenarios. Tariff rates may vary by product classification (HS/HTS code), trade agreement eligibility, country of manufacture vs. country of shipment, and other factors. TariffShield is not a substitute for professional customs brokerage or legal advice. Attahir Labs is not liable for any pricing decisions, financial losses, or customs penalties resulting from reliance on the rates displayed in this application.

7. Inventory and Markdown Disclaimer

StockClearance provides inventory, markdown, and clearance workflow suggestions for informational and operational planning purposes only. Dead-stock, slow-stock, capital-at-risk, discount, bundle, and clearance recommendations depend on the product, inventory, pricing, and order data available to the app. Merchants remain responsible for pricing decisions, margin review, inventory write-downs, tax treatment, customer communications, and whether to discount, bundle, liquidate, donate, archive, or reorder any product.

8. Expiry and Batch Workflows

ShelfLife provides batch records, expiry checks, reports, optional alerts, and FEFO picking guidance according to the selected plan. Merchants are responsible for entering accurate dates, quantities, supplier and location information, maintaining those records, and carrying out stock and recall decisions. A report or alert does not certify product safety or complete a recall action.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store. Upon termination, account cleanup follows the retention and deletion details in our Privacy Policy, including limited deletion-state markers and separately held provider records.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
